Helsa Health is operated by Rimfrost LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. While the company has its headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland and San Francisco, its legal entity is U.S.-based.

4. Eligibility & Age Requirement

5. Account Registration & Security

  • Registration Methods: You may sign up using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email/password.
  • Account Information: You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any unauthorized access or use should be reported immediately to hi@helsa.health.

6. Paid Subscriptions

We may offer premium features or subscription plans:

  • Billing: Subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Free Trials: If offered, trials may automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • Payment & Renewals: Your subscription may automatically renew unless you cancel it in your account settings (App Store or Google Play).
  • Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play policies. Please refer to their terms for specific information on refunds and cancellations.

7. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use the App or Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringes any third-party rights.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App's code or any part of our service infrastructure.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the App or Website.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality provided by Helsa Health, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Rimfrost LLC or its licensors. You may use this content only for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rimfrost LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helsa Health, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services or any breach of these Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and, where applicable, the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms:

  • For users located outside of Switzerland, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA.
  • For users located in Switzerland, may be resolved under Swiss law in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new Terms will be posted on our Website and App with the updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
